According to official sources, at least eight people have been killed as a result of a Russian rocket attack on a residential area in the city of Pokrovsk in eastern Ukraine. Among them are five civilians, says the governor of the region, Pavlo Kyrylenko. The second rocket landed 40 minutes after the first in the Ukrainian-controlled city near the front line. The United States announced Tuesday that it would add $200 million in weapons aid to Ukraine.
