Elden Ring and God of War Ragnarok nominated for LGBT Game of the Year

Yesterday, the nominees for the Gayming Awards 2023 were announced – according to the creators, the only LGBT award for video games in the world. Wylde Flowers, SIGNALIS and the Borderlands franchise received the most nominations, all claiming three awards at once.

I am in awe of the amazing lineup of nominees this year. That two of the top three titles this year are indie games is a testament to the LGBTQ+ indie game breakthrough. I also love the variety of games featured: transgender stories, impressive characters, and developers from all over the world. Huge congratulations to everyone and I can’t wait to see who will take home the awards in April.
