One.brussels-Vooruit will now be called Vooruit.brussels. Two women will carry lists of Flemish socialists in the next elections: the Flemish MP Hannelore Goemanen and the Brussels Secretary of State Ans Personsannounced the party during its congress on Saturday.
Former Secretary of State Pascal Smet opened the meeting. “We have participated in the change in Brussels in recent years and taken our responsibilities. We dare and act. The work is not finished, but I am convinced that our strong team will still be able to move Brussels forward,” he said .
