Remember that the Conservative Party of Quebec won 13% of the vote, but did not obtain a seat in the National Assembly.
The Quebec Liberal Party, with 14.3% of the vote, has 21 seats and will be the official opposition.
According to Patrick Lagacé, the voting system can be cruel. He points out that the Parti Québécois has the same percentage of votes as the PLQ, but only has three seats.
