Ladies and gentlemen, the minority shareholders of L’ACCUMULATEUR TUNISIEN ASSAD are convened for the 2nd time to meet in an Elective Assembly on Monday October 2, 2023 at 9 a.m. at the Novotel hotel located in Cité les pins, rue de la Feuille d ‘Maple, the banks of Lake 2 Tunis for the purpose of deliberating on the following agenda:
1‐ The designation of the representative of minority shareholders; 2‐ Powers for formalities.
The list of successful candidates and the information concerning them are made available to minority shareholders for consultation at the company’s head office within the legal deadline.
