After the allocation, the serious reservation advance of 20% is completed, where 38 thousand pounds are paid, then at the time of receipt, 41 thousand pounds are paid.
Thus, the applicant has paid 30% of the price of the apartment, leaving 70% to be paid over 3 to 7 years.
