The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has clarified a method through which one can inquire about eligibility in the citizen’s account and indicated that ineligibility in the citizen’s account can be objected to.

Human Resources responded through its account to one of the beneficiaries who asked about the mechanism for identifying ineligibility and how to object to it, and said: “You can find out the reasons for ineligibility through your account in the electronic portal (Eligibility Study).”

She added: “You must submit an objection to the reasons for ineligibility after updating your data according to the reason for ineligibility within a maximum period of 90 days from the date of issuance of the eligibility result.”
