Elon Musk activates his satellite internet service in Ukraine

the billionaire Elon Musk has activated in Ukraine Starlink, satellite internet servicefollowing receiving a request in this regard from the Ukrainian government, which has been facing a Russian military offensive since last Thursday.

“Starlink service is active now in Ukraine. More terminals on the way,” SpaceX’s owner wrote on his Twitter account.

Previously, the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov, went through the same social network to Musk to request the service.

“@elonmusk, while you are trying to colonize Mars, Russia is trying to occupy Ukraine. While their rockets are successfully landing in space, Russian rockets are attacking the Ukrainian civilian population. We ask you to provide Ukraine with Starlink stations…,” he wrote.
