Observers stopped at the record numbers announced by “Emaar Development”, especially in terms of sales achieved by the company in the local market.
The results showed that the company achieved sales exceeding 15.21 billion dirhams in the first half, with a growth of 10%, which raised the company’s profits strongly to 2.2 billion dirhams in the first half, an increase of 45%. That is, the company’s sales amount to 100 million dirhams per working day on average.
Emaar Development delivered more than 3,100 units during the first half, or up to one unit each working day, across its various major locations in Dubai.
During the first half, the company succeeded in launching 15 projects in Dubai, and it still has more than 26,100 housing units under development.
