SELF-LOVE. Peruvian actress Andrea Montenegro has decided to respond to her detractors after they questioned her for looking totally different from her past. The artist explained that her old age must be normalized and that if she has reappeared unrecognizable it is a product of her 46 years, of which she feels proud of her.

“I am 46 years old, I have gray hair, I have some wrinkles on my forehead, others in my eyes. Also my teeth are no longer white, they never really were because those white ones that you see on models and actresses are not real, they are dental veneers. Yes, you can whiten yourself, but your age shows in your eyes, no matter what you do. Besides, I’m not interested, there is one thing that suddenly you are afraid of, but I am not,” she said.

Andrea Montenegro reiterated that she has no problems looking in the mirror and seeing how she has changed over time. She assured that she does not have a complex to spend all day at the hairdresser.

“It’s over time because I have other types of interests that fortunately mean that I don’t worry about how I look. I don’t need to look in the mirror all day, I feel divine, beautiful, at 46 years old, I don’t look like your grandmother and I don’t know what else. I don’t want to make my day miserable listening to shitty comments. If you don’t like my face or my hair, or my way of being, or my house, don’t follow me and that’s it,” she said.

Finally, Andrea Montenegro asked her detractors to stop following her if they don’t like how she looks. As she said, the most important thing is that she feels comfortable.
