As reported by the Kam 24 news agency, on Wednesday, November 15, at regarding 7 p.m. local time, there was an Internet outage. Websites, instant messengers, and social networks do not work. Cellular communications are unstable only for MegaFon and Tele2. Stores still accept payments by bank cards, but the terminals work intermittently.
