Emirates Airlines reduces its losses to 3.9 billion dirhams

For its part, dnata achieved a net profit of 110 million dirhams during the fiscal year, compared to losses of 1.8 billion dirhams in the last fiscal year.

The group’s chairman and CEO, Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, said in a statement that the business recovery accelerated particularly in the second half of the year.

He added, “This year, we focused on restoring our operations quickly and safely wherever the pandemic restrictions were eased in our markets,” while noting that the group is closely monitoring the impact of higher fuel prices and inflation.
