SHARJAH, January 12, WAM / Arada Real Estate Development Company has awarded a major contract for the construction of the Vida Aljada hotel complex in the integrated Aljada community in the heart of Sharjah.
Under the contract valued at 475 million dirhams, the Vida Aljada Hotel will be built with a capacity of 175 rooms, in addition to 255 luxury apartments under the Vida brand and 149 serviced apartments, all of which are located in the new cultural district of the avenue. Construction work on the complex will begin immediately and is expected to be completed within 30 months.
Vida Aljada, owned by Arada, which is developing it under the management of the Vida Hotels and Resorts brand, is the first of three hotels to be built in the avenue under a partnership agreement with Emaar Hospitality Group, which also includes the construction of the Address – Aljada and Rove – Aljada hotels.

The Vida Aljada complex is located in the heart of the main avenue scheme, with a total sales value of 24 billion dirhams, as the hotel complex sits along a main boulevard decorated with trees with a variety of restaurants, cafes and shopping centers.
