Emirates News Agency – “Canada Dubai” signs a memorandum of understanding with the French University of La Rochelle

DUBAI, 5th August / WAM / The Canadian University of Dubai has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of La Rochelle in France, to establish new areas of scientific, research and teaching cooperation between the two institutions.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed on behalf of the Canadian University in Dubai by the President and Vice-President of the Board of Trustees, Professor Karim Shelly, and by the University of La Rochelle, President Jean-Marc Ogier.

The five-year agreement will see the two institutions collaborate in various academic activities, including joint research, faculty and student exchange, short-term training, and information exchange.

The partnership also aims to explore student mobility through organized summer programmes.
