Capitals on September 9 / WAM / Global gold prices rose during today’s trading, gaining more than $12.
According to global market data, the prices of the yellow metal increased in spot transactions by 0.76%, or the equivalent of $12.8, to reach $1,721.46 per ounce, by 09:10 AM UAE time.
And gold futures contracts for December delivery rose by 0.7%, equivalent to $12.02, to reach $1731.9 an ounce.
In terms of other precious metals, silver rose by 1.76% to $18.76 an ounce, while platinum increased by 0.46% to $874.95, while palladium fell by 1.43% to $2105.77.
