DUBAI, 6th October / WAM/ Her Excellency Hessa bint Issa Buhumaid, Minister of Community Development, congratulated the teachers at the People of Determination Centers affiliated to the Ministry of Community Development, in appreciation of the exceptional efforts they perform to provide education, rehabilitation and qualitative empowerment for students of determination, coinciding with Teacher’s Day October 5 of each general.
During a meeting via video communication technology, Her Excellency Hessa bint Issa Buhumaid conveyed to the teachers of the government centers of People of Determination at the state level a word of thanks and appreciation from the state leadership to teachers for their sincere efforts in raising, educating and educating generations. Her Excellency also extended her thanks and gratitude to all the administrative and teaching bodies in the centers of People of Determination in recognition of their distinguished role, which contributes to the development of positive thinking in the hearts of students.
Her Excellency Hessa bint Issa Buhumaid, coinciding with the celebration of Teacher’s Day, surprised one of the distinguished teachers at the Dubai Center for People of Determination with a spontaneous honor.
Her Excellency praised the efforts of the distinguished teacher, which reflects some of the qualitative tasks and personal initiatives of the teaching staff in 8 centers for People of Determination affiliated to the Ministry, the People of Determination Center in Dubai, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Dibba Al Fujairah, in addition to the Early Intervention Center in Dubai, the Umm Al Quwain Autism Center and the Early Intervention Center in Fujairah.
Teacher Ibtisam has been working in the Autism Department at the Dubai Center for People of Determination for 10 years, and she is one of the first teachers who had a great motivation to challenge and work with responsibility and initiative towards autism cases in the center, where her passion led her to research and attract the best programs and curricula and work on adapting them to suit the various cases she deals with.
The teacher, Ibtisam Al-Hashemi, has adopted many successful programs, the most important of which is the “Autism Creativity” program concerned with play therapy.
