Rome, January 4, 2020, WAM/ Inter Milan hindered Napoli’s successful career in the Italian Football League and prevented it from resuming its successive victories in the competition by defeating it 1-0 today in the sixteenth round of the competition.
Inter inflicted on Napoli its first defeat in the competition this season, but Napoli maintained its lead in the championship table with 41 points, and Inter raised its score to 33 points, to finish fourth.
The first half of the match ended in a goalless draw, and Edin Dzeko scored the winning goal for Inter in the 56th minute.
In the rest of the round matches, Juventus beat Cremonese 1-0, Milan beat Salernitana 2-1, Roma beat Bologna 1-0, Lecce beat Lazio 2-1, Sampdoria beat Sassuolo 2-1, Spezia tied with Atalanta 2-2, Turin beat Verona 1-1 and Fiorentina. With Monza 1-1 and Udinese with Empoli 1-1.
