Emirates News Agency – Judo team awaits the draw for the Hungarian Grand Slam Championship

Budapest, 6th July / WAM/ Our national judo team is awaiting the draw for the Budapest Grand Slam tournament tomorrow, Thursday, under the supervision of the International Federation of the game, in preparation for the start of the competitions hosted by the capital Budapest from 7 to 10 July, with the participation of 435 players from 64 countries.

Our team will compete in the tournament with 4 players: Gur Shagili (in light weight under 66 kg), Tatanurghzari (in weight under 81 kg), Gregor Aram (in weight under 90 kg) and Mago Maarouf (in weight above 100 kg), under the supervision of coach Victor Siktrov. .

The delegation of our team in the tournament is headed by Nasser Al-Tamimi, Secretary General and Treasurer of the International Judo Federation, who will attend the meetings of the International Judo Federation on the sidelines of the tournament.
