MUSCAT, 20th January / WAM / His Excellency Mohammed bin Nakhira Al Dhaheri presented a copy of his credentials to Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman, Ambassador of the UAE to the Sultanate, in his office at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Muscat.
During the meeting, Al Dhaheri conveyed to Al Busaidi the greetings of His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and his wishes to the government and people of Oman for further progress and prosperity.
His Excellency stressed exerting all efforts to expand the horizons of cooperation in various fields, in order to achieve the interests and aspirations of the two countries and the two brotherly peoples.
For his part, His Excellency Al Busaidi, His Excellency Al Dhaheri, conveyed his greetings to His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, praising the strong brotherly relations linking the UAE with the Sultanate of Oman.
His Excellency Al Busaidi expressed his wishes to His Excellency Al Dhaheri for success in his work duties, stressing his country’s readiness to provide all support to facilitate his duties.
During the meeting, they reviewed areas of cooperation between the UAE and the Sultanate of Oman, and discussed ways to enhance and develop them in order to achieve common interests.
