ABU DHABI, 22nd January / WAM / The third annual Sultan Bin Zayed Polo Cup Championship (level 4-6 hand cap), organized by the club under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Falah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the Club, will start at 2:45 pm tomorrow, Monday, at the Ghantoot Club. With the participation of 8 teams, they were divided into two groups.
Tomorrow, two “Derby” matches will be held in the first group, the first of which brings together the Ancora Polo and Anningsley Park Polo teams, while the second brings together Abu Dhabi Polo and Ghantoot Polo.
The Higher Organizing Committee of the tournament had met yesterday under the chairmanship of Khalid Saeed Al Marzouqi, Executive Director of Ghantoot Club, and approved the list of names of the participating teams, match venues, and the closing ceremony program for the tournament scheduled for February 5.
