After a postponement caused by strikes by Hollywood actors and screenwriters, the Emmy awards, originally planned for last September, finally take place this Monday night, with titles such as Succession, The Last of Us, The Bear and The White Lotus. The Crown and Wandinha in the running — remembering that the nominees include many titles released between the end of 2022 and mid-2023, so don’t be surprised if the party seems a little late.
The 75th edition of the Primetime Emmys is shown live tonight on TNT, in the case of cable TV, and on HBO Max streaming from 9:30 pm —the awarding of the prizes itself must start at 10pm (always Brasília time). The red carpet is broadcast from 8pm on E!
The event will be broadcast directly from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, with a performance by Anthony Anderson, from “Black-ish”, and will be available on HBO Max streaming for the next six months.
On TNT, the event will be commented by Ana Furtado, journalist Aline Diniz and actor Ícaro Silva as a special guest. Carol Ribeiro will return to covering the red carpet.
