Emmy Junkkari’s Starfield Journey: From Modding Skyrim to Developing for Bethesda

2023-09-04 08:24:40
Emmy Junkkari, better known as the Elianora modder who modded The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim and games in the Fallout franchise, was among the Starfield developers when Bethesda hired Emmy as a lighting and in-game item artist. According to Emmy Junkkari herself, she had to hide her work at Bethesda, but now she can officially talk regarding it. As evidence, her name and position can be seen in the credits of Starfield. Emmy herself is already planning to release her own modifications for Starfield. For now, Starfield is in “early access” for those who pre-ordered the deluxe edition of the game – the full release for all players will take place on September 6th. Despite this, the space adventure managed to perform well online on Steam. Starfield was also received very positively by critics.
