EMU Civil Aviation Cabin Services students received training in Istanbul

Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) School of Tourism and Hotel Management, Civil Aviation Cabin Services associate degree program students received Emergency Mock-Up training at Istanbul Pegasus Airlines Training Center and hands-on training at Istanbul Airport (IGA).
According to the statement made by EMU, the Mock-Up training held at the Pegasus Airlines Training Center focused on the use of emergency equipment, fire extinguishing, emergency scenario training in flight simulators, and life-saving techniques in water.
On the other hand, EMU Civil Aviation Cabin Services program students received hands-on training at different units of the airport during their technical visit at Istanbul Airport.
EMU Tourism Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. In his statement on the subject, Hasan Kılıç stated that the practical Mock-Up training carried out at the modern training center of Pegasus Airlines was successfully completed and emphasized that the students received training through different scenarios against all kinds of emergencies that may occur in the cabin.
Kılıç stated that the students had the opportunity to get to know the practices and processes in the aviation industry closely with the technical visits they made at Istanbul Airport.
