The document published by Microsoft states the following: Support for Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2 will end on October 10, 2023 (local time). After this date, these products will no longer receive security updates, non-security updates, bug fixes, technical support, or online technical content updates. – Support for Microsoft Windows Server 2012 / 2012 R will end with the security update program at 2:00 AM on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 (Japan time). If you are running a server on Windows Server 2012/2012 R2, we recommend migrating to Windows Server 2022, etc. If for some reason you are unable to migrate, Microsoft offers Extended Security Update (ESU), which provides an additional three years of paid support. Additionally, if you lift and shift to Azure, you can receive ESU for free. Please check the Microsoft page for detailed information on ESU.
