Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, “Dubai Culture”, through its “Schools of Life” project, presents a set of interactive sessions aimed at building life skills and motivating individuals to adopt concepts of quality of life, by raising their level of awareness and interest in their mental and physical health.
The “Schools of Life” program, which will be launched this September under the slogan “Self-care for a busy life,” includes 16 workshops and sessions in both Arabic and English, which will enable the visitors of Al-Safa Library for Art and Design to discover the methods of interior design and its impact on enhancing the feeling of freshness and vitality inside the home. The program also includes other qualitative workshops, including “Proper Nutrition” and “Healthy Dish”, while the “Secrets of Nature” workshop shows ways to determine the benefits of fruits in their forms.
Participants will also have a date with the “How to Plan Your Future” workshop, in which they will learn ways to create special paintings that include their goals and define their future vision, while the Al Safa Art and Design and Hatta Public Libraries will host a “Self-Esteem” workshop for women only, in which they will be able to discover their strengths and how to exploit them. in achieving success.
Al-Twar Public Library will host three qualitative workshops that highlight mental health and build self-skills. In the “Journey to the World of Healing” workshop, they will learn how to get rid of psychological difficulties, and in the “Grow Your Own Garden in Dubai” workshop, they will discover ways to care for plants.
