(Alliance News) – Eni Spa announced on Wednesday that Stefano Andrea Giovanni Speroni, Director of Legal Affairs and Commercial Negotiations, sold 9,072 shares of the company.
The shares were sold at an average price of 14.9822 euros for a total amount of 135,918.51 euros.
Eni is trading in the red by 1.3% at 14.73 euros per share.
