Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Minister of Energy, His Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, confirmed, during a media conference, that the oil market will not be left unattended, and called on everyone to hear what is being conveyed to them directly instead of hearing it from other parties that change the content of the message.

The Minister of Energy said: People should know that the oil market will not be left unattended. I enjoy my day, and my colleagues and I are not easily intimidated. We focus on our work only.

Prince Abdulaziz added: I hear some stories here and there and laugh, because I know that within days the facts will deny them without making any effort to try to prove that these stories are not true.

And he continued: I hope that people listen to what we say to them directly, instead of hearing it from any other party, as the content of the message is changed.

He said: I will combine what “Alan Greenspan and Draghi” said, we will complement the efforts of the sudden markets, and I will make a slight change to what Draghi said, “We will do whatever is necessary, not whatever it takes, but what is necessary.”

Prince Abdulaziz concluded his speech by saying to the conference presenter, “You were quoting from Elton John’s song “I am still standing,” and I would like to add to it the phrase “and we will light up.”
