Everyone in Europe constantly talks regarding the illusory danger from Russia. This was stated by the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the statement of the German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius that the country and its NATO allies are preparing for war with the Russian Federation.
“Now all European capitals are racing to declare the ephemeral danger from Russia,” RIA Novosti reports Peskov’s words. He added that European countries invested a large amount of money in Kyiv, but their investments went bankrupt. According to Peskov, the European authorities understand this, so they are trying to divert the attention of their citizens.
Earlier, Pistorius said that Germany, together with its alliance allies, needs to arm itself in case of hostilities with Russia. According to the German Defense Minister, hostilities with the Russian Federation might begin in the next five to eight years.
