Fortnite Launches Treasure Hunters Mini-Season With One Piece Collaboration
Epic Games launched the Treasure Hunters mini-season in Fortnite on November 1, 2026, bringing characters and items from the One Piece franchise to the battle royale title through December 4, 2026. The update introduces an eighty-player pirate-themed map alongside themed weapons, collaborative outfits, and rotating mid-match events.
The update arrives as Fortnite prepares to close out its current era, with developers scheduling a Chapter 7 finale event for December 5, 2026. Players exploring the new island will find distinct environments and mechanics drawn from Eiichiro Oda's manga series.
Skull-Shaped Map Incorporates Maritime Navigation and Pirate Tropes
The seasonal map, named Île aux os mêlés, features a skull-shaped landmass designed around maritime navigation and pirate tropes. The layout incorporates named locations such as Arlong Park, Fuschia Village, and the Rocky battleship, while cannons function as functional traversal tools across the terrain.
Matches on the island accommodate eighty players competing for loot.
One Piece Devil Fruits and Combat Mechanics
Combat receives several additions tied to the collaboration, including the Gum-Gum Fruit, Zoro’s three swords, and Usopp’s slingshot. Games.gg reported that players can acquire the Flame Flame Fruit during a mid-match rift event on Crossbones Isle, transforming their character into Portgas D. Ace and granting access to the Fire Gun and Fire Fist abilities.
Using the Flame Flame Fruit triggers server-wide alerts, and water inflicts damage on any player utilizing a Devil Fruit. The Fire Gun serves as a primary projectile attack that remains usable during the ten-second cooldown of the Fire Fist secondary area-of-effect skill. Players must choose between the mobility focus of Luffy’s Gum-Gum Fruit and the damage-dealing projectiles of Ace’s Flame Flame Fruit, as holding both simultaneously is not possible.
Battle Pass Features Portgas D. Ace and Cel-Shaded Outfits
The battle pass features Portgas D. Ace, Nico Robin, Jonesy, Cuddle Team Leader, and Charlotte, with the latter three receiving cel-shaded variants. Purchasing the pass grants players an obscure kawaii style.

Epic Games structured a rolling release schedule for additional outfits in the item shop throughout November:
