Erdogan says he will not tolerate unfriendly attitude from Greece

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan warned Greece regarding the inadmissibility of an unfriendly attitude towards his country. He said he would do “whatever is necessary” to those who see Ankara as their enemy.

“We are friends to those who are friends with us. But they should know well that we will do everything necessary with those who look at us as an enemy, ”the Yeni Safak newspaper quotes Erdogan as saying. So he answered the question regarding relations with Greece.

Earlier, the head of the Turkish Foreign Ministry, Mevlut Cavshuoglu, accused Greece of violating international obligations to demilitarize the islands in the Aegean Sea. Turkey and Greece have repeatedly found themselves on the brink of war due to the disputed status of the islands. Countries have repeatedly accused each other of violating borders.
