On January 13, 2022, the “Memorandum of understanding” for the construction of New Tigers Stadium and in which Sports Synergy and Cemex they clarify that they will participate “without investing economic resources in the construction”, according to documents to which they obtained access ESPN Digital.

In the official letter, Sinergia Deportiva declares itself to “Having the New UANL University Stadium as the headquarters of UANL Tigers without investing resources in its construction and obtaining benefits for the fans and the institution”; While the posture of Cemex says the following: “without investing resources in the construction of the New University Stadium of the UANLthat the design itself uses the different concrete and construction applications available, promoting the global projection of CEMEXand supply the cement and concrete for the work in a commercial agreement for the benefit of both parties”.
