Brussels – The EU economy and finance ministers agreed on a reform of the EU debt rules on Wednesday. The Council had “agreed on a new framework for economic governance that ensures both stability and growth with balanced, realistic rules that are appropriate to current and future challenges,” said the Spanish Council Presidency via short message service X.
