The foreign ministers of the 27 EU states, including the Austrian department head Alexander Schallenberg (ÖVP), want to discuss the Middle East crisis and further support for Ukraine in the war against Russia in Luxembourg on Monday. EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell has suggested making longer-term financing commitments for military aid and also using EU money to support the delivery of modern fighter jets and missiles.
