Europa League: Anderlecht apologizes to West Ham for the behavior of its supporters

The Anderlecht club apologized to that of West Ham, following the damage caused by its supporters Thursday, during the defeat of the Belgian club (1-2) in London in the Europa League Conference. Smoke bombs were lit, seats torn off and thrown in particular at the police, and one of the fans entered the lawn during the meeting.

“The club will make arrangements with the supporters because we do not tolerate this kind of behavior, neither in our stadium nor outside, said the club’s communications manager. We will discuss this with UEFA and we strongly condemn these excesses. We apologize to West Ham for these behaviours. »
