European stocks opened cautiously on Monday, at the start of a session marked by the absence of American markets and before investors learned of much economic news throughout the week.
At 9 a.m., the Paris Stock Exchange opened timidly up 0.18%, that of Frankfurt 0.17%. London advanced 0.21% in early trade.
