A technical failure in one of the subway trains generated a collapse in the service of users who moved from north to south in the mass transportation system.
The fault was recorded around 6:50 in the morning on Monday and according to the Medellin Metro, the train had to be evacuated at the Caribe stationwhich forced service not to be provided for a few minutes between the Acevedo and Caribe stations.
Given the complaints of users through social networks, they pointed out from this company that they were regulating the frequencies following solving the problemin turn, were transferring to other trains belonging to the users affected by the vehicle that suffered the technical failure.
“Between Bello and half of Tercentenario, we have spent 25 minutes”, pointed out the user @brestrepos on the subway’s Twitter account, as one of the complaints regarding the inconveniences in the provision of the service and the delays caused.
