Even Arjun Kapoor saw the news and sent a message: Tovino Thomas
Tovino Thomas starrer Thallumala is getting good response in theatres. Before the release of the film, when a promotional event was organized at Kozhikode Highlight Mall, it was a big news that the crew had to abandon the event due to huge crowd.
Now, in an interview with Club FM, Tovino is sharing his experiences following that day.
Tovino said a lot of people called him following the incident to check on him and ask if everyone was okay.
‘I was really happy. When everyone came to me and asked if I was okay, I said I was okay and happy.
Arjun Kapoor had seen the news of this crowd in some national media and sent a message asking if it was okay. We used to talk every now and then,’ says Tovino.
Tovino adds that everyone who came to see him came with so much love and that made him very happy.
Kalyani Priyadarshan played a vlogger named Bipathu in Thallumala where Tovino appeared as Tamanavalan Wasim. Shine Tom Chacko, Chemban Vinod, Lukman, Austin, Adri Joy, Johnny Antony, Binu Pappu and Gokulan played other characters in the film.
The film hit the theaters on August 12. The film is produced by Ashiq Usman under the banner of Ashiq Usman Productions. Written by Muhsin Parari and Ashraf Hamza.
