Main missions:
As an event logistics intern, you will contribute to the preparation and smooth running of races. Under the supervision of the organizer, your missions will include:
– Logistics in the field: setting up workshops, setting up the village, setting up visibility for sponsors, marking the route, post-event dismantling
– Management of participant requests
– Management and coordination of volunteers on the day of the event
– Organization of equipment and maintenance on the day
– Relations with municipalities
This internship will help you discover the organization of a sporting event from A to Z. Note that the pace can be intense, we sometimes work evenings and weekends, with regular travel across France. Teamwork and field spirit will be your best allies!
Qualification :
Profile sought:
– Resourceful, with a great sense of initiative
– Organized, rigorous and comfortable with manual tasks (you can learn that!)
– Dynamic, motivated and loving teamwork
– Great sociability is essential because team life is at the heart of our events!
– B license required
Internship conditions:
– Level of studies: L2, L3, M1, M2
– Minimum duration: 6 months
– Start of the internship: March 2025 (to be specified)
– Geographic mobility at event locations (frequent travel)
– Compensation according to current legislation
– Benefits in kind: accommodation and catering on the sites + a team and a good atmosphere.
Ideal profile:
– Student in business school/IAE/University
– Passionate about events and sport
– Rigorous, curious and with a strong capacity to undertake
– Experience in events and interest in sport are real pluses
