After almost four years ofearly access (the game had been announced at Gamescom 2019, and we had even been able to play it, in this old world where we still went to physical fairs), Rockfish Games’ Everspace 2 will finally leave the hanger of the early access to venture into 1.0 space.
For those who missed what this sequel will offer, and we can’t blame them since we literally never talked regarding the game once more since this hands-on session, it will be “no more everything” except rogue- lite, since this component goes completely by the wayside which, if I can allow myself to take advantage of this news to share a personal opinion, will not displease me. We will also appreciate that the game is no longer limited to piou-piou in space but that it will also offer to peep-piou on the surface of certain planets. And with this new trailer (in real 21:9, aesthetes will appreciate), we can also realize that it still kills the mouth, except during these very cheap static 2D cutscenes.
All that to say that version 1.0 of the game will therefore arrive on April 6 on PC, and during the summer on PS5 and Xbox Series.
