Anisiforov in the courtroom before the verdict was announced
Former cadet of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Evgeny Anisiforov received a sentence for the murder of a 16-year-old girl in Zheleznogorsk. The prosecutor asked for 23 years in a maximum security colony and two years of restricted freedom; the Krasnoyarsk Territory court gave 21 years. The claim of the relatives of the deceased for 3 million rubles was also satisfied.
According to our correspondent, the accused was calm in the courtroom and smiled a little.
Announcement of the verdict to Anisiforov
Anisiforov was tried under eight articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation:

Part 3 Art. 30, part 1 art. 131 – attempted rape,

clause “c” part 2 art. 158 – theft with significant damage, two counts,

paragraphs “h” and “j” of Part 2 of Art. 105 – murder to cover up another crime,

clause “a” part 3 art. 131 – rape of a minor

clause “a” part 3 art. 132 – sexual assault against a minor,
-
clause “c” part 4 art. 162 – robbery causing grievous bodily harm,
-
Part 1 Art. 167 – intentional destruction of someone else’s property,
-
Part 2 Art. 325 – passport theft.
The prosecutor’s office noted that Anisiforov admitted guilt and helped investigate the case, so they requested a limited sentence for him, although they had previously requested a life sentence. In his last word, the former cadet of the Ministry of Emergency Situations apologized to the victims.
On July 30, 2022, a young girl went with her friends to City Day and did not return home by morning. The girl’s grandmother contacted the police. The next day, the body of a 16-year-old Zheleznogorsk woman was found with signs of violent death in the Culture and Recreation Park in the center of Zheleznogorsk.
After the body was found, DNA samples began to be taken from the Zheleznogorsk residents. The investigation took a long time. For any information about the maniac, the authorities offered a million rubles. Finally, the killer was found using the same DNA test – one of the materials coincided with the one that the investigation had.

An NGS24.RU correspondent spoke with security officials and teachers at the school where the sixteen-year-old girl studied and found out how she lived and how horribly her life ended. The father of the murdered girl told how he met the father of the accused at his daughter’s identification.
Later, NGS24.RU sources spoke about Anisiforov himself. At the time of the crime he was 20 years old. The student was detained during class. During interrogation by the Investigative Committee, he confessed to the murder.
The cadet was sent to a pre-trial detention center. Afterwards, the officers found out that Anisiforov had attacked another girl in the same park a month before the murder.
