Ex-Bachelor Alan Wey was kicked out after an argument with a bartender at the Purpur nightclub.

According to the 36-year-old, the bartender was completely unprofessional and disrespectful to him. He got a drink that he hadn’t ordered and didn’t want to pay for.

His friends also had to leave the bar, although they had nothing to do with it.
On Sunday morning, 20 minutes received a video from a news scout showing ex-Bachelor 2020 Alan Wey being escorted out by a security guard at Zurich nightclub Purpur. When asked by 20 Minuten, Alan clarified: «I was out and about in Zurich with a couple of friends at the weekend. To shake a leg, we went to the Purpur nightclub in Zurich.”
But after a while the mood changed. According to Alan, the reason for this was an unprofessional bartender. “At some point I ordered a caipirinha at the bar, but instead of my drink I got something completely different,” explains Alan and continues: “I then asked the bartender to please make me another one, but he ignored me and ran away instead,” said the ex-Rosenkavalier.
Escorted out by the security staff
But the story doesn’t end with the wrong drink. When it comes to collecting the cash, Alan refuses to pay for the more expensive drink. “The drink suddenly cost 27 francs and I wasn’t even informed about that. He just held the terminal in front of me and said nothing.” In addition, the 36-year-old does not see why he should pay for a drink that he did not order.
The situation is coming to a head. «The bartender then went to the security staff. He then came to me and escorted me out.” Alan’s friends also had to leave the restaurant by the lake, although they had nothing to do with it. “I have never experienced something like that. I felt miserable and totally disrespected. My friends weren’t even allowed to finish their drinks,” says the outraged TV personality.
“He missed the job completely”
Nevertheless, Alan clarifies: «I have nothing against the purple, but the bartender completely missed the job. You don’t treat guests that rudely and unprofessionally. I think if you can’t get an order right then you shouldn’t offer it to the guests either.” The reality TV star is taking his consequences after the experience – he and his friends have no plans to visit the purple ever again.
At the request of 20 minutes, Purpurs Zurich said that neither the bar nor the security staff were aware of such an incident from Saturday to Sunday.
