And he added: “I’m sure Atleti fans will embrace him and accept him if he becomes one of them, especially if he starts scoring goals, but at the moment they have protests about that.”
“You can understand why, but football is a fickle game, football fans are more than that, but I still don’t see how that makes sense,” he explained.
When asked about Ronaldo’s compatibility with the system Simeone At Atletico, he added, “Diego Simeone will have to make an exception for Cristiano Ronaldo.”
