According to a newspaper report, former Wirecard boss Markus Braun is going to the German Federal Constitutional Court in a dispute with insolvency administrator Michael Jaffe. Braun’s lawyer confirmed this, reports the “Süddeutsche Zeitung” (Wednesday edition).
