Al-Marsad Newspaper – SPA: The Ministry of Interior issued a statement regarding the execution of the death sentence against offenders in Khamis Mushayt Governorate, Asir Region, as follows:
God Almighty said (The punishment of those who wage war against God and His Messenger and strive to spread corruption in the land is that they should be killed or crucified or their hands and feet cut off from opposite sides or be exiled from the land.
Walid Abdo Muhammad Salman and Yasser Muhammad Rashid Al-Bakali – Yemeni nationals – killed / Misfer bin Nasser bin Saeed Al-Qahtani – a Saudi national – by luring him to a place out of sight, and then slaughtering him with a knife, which led to his death.
By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrators, and the investigation with them resulted in them being charged with committing their crime and referring them to the competent court. The Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to implement what was decided by Sharia and supported by its reference.
The death sentence was executed by the perpetrators / Walid Abdo Muhammad Salman, and / Yasser Muhammad Rashid Al-Bakali – Yemeni nationals – today, Saturday, 10/16/1444 AH, corresponding to 5/6/2023 AD, in Khamis Mushait Governorate, Asir Region.
And the Ministry of the Interior, announcing this to confirm the keenness of the Kingdom’s government to establish security, achieve justice, and implement God’s rulings for everyone who transgresses the innocent or spills their blood, and at the same time warns everyone who tempts himself to do such a thing, that the legal punishment will be his fate..and God is the Guide. to either way.
