“Paula’s” was opened by Armin Heinemann in 1972 and was a boutique that led the fashion scene in Ibiza, Spain until it was taken down in 2000. Jonathan Anderson, creative director of , visited the store during his childhood on a family trip, and was greatly influenced by it.

Loewe’s “Paula’s Ibiza” collection, which uses Ibiza’s rich nature as a motif, certainly has a strong lingering scent of that store.

Crocheted polo shirts and skirts with leaf patches. Or a bag woven from raffia or irakaya. In the collection that vividly reminds me of the Ibiza of yesteryear, the wear I introduce here captures the depths of that world beautifully.
