The most common problem in new cars is smartphone connectivity. This was found out by JD Power during the study of the quality of new cars, reports NTI Avtonet.
The fact is that many owners of new cars cannot “connect” them to smartphones via Android Auto and Apple CarPlay protocols. The difficulty came to light after many automakers began to focus more and more on wireless connectivity.
The study, which looked at the performance of vehicle systems, involved 110,827 new car buyers and renters. It turned out that in 25 percent of cases, the owners of new cars complain about the multimedia complex.
