Remedies do love their shared universe, don’t they? Control’s DLC wraps up the story of the first Alan Wake while giving us plenty of setup for the sequel. However, it’s clear that Alan Wake 2’s DLC won’t give Control the same treatment.

So it seems we’ll have to read between the lines a little more carefully to get some news regarding Control 2 via Alan Wake 2’s DLC. We’ll still have to wait a while to get Control 2, as the game is still in its proof-of-concept stage right now.
