More and more people are turning to alternative solutions to access property in this inflationary context.
“It’s new in that, before, it was much more of a cultural phenomenon. Now, what we see is that the primary motivation is definitely financial,” according to Stéfanie Cadou, residential real estate broker at Royal LePage.
“I find it great, because it shows that people show creativity and solidarity,” she says.
