Nalanda: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Monday attended a public function. Pum blast no. The incident took place in Nalanda. The bomber struck shortly following noon in front of a stage where the chief minister was staying.
One person was taken into custody in connection with the incident. He was picked up by PT from the vicinity of where the explosion occurred. A firearm and ammunition were found in the possession of the accused.
He is currently being questioned. No one was reported injured in the blast. Police said there was a small explosion.
