Unknown persons threw an explosive at an apartment building in Loenhout, a section of the municipality of Wuustwezel (province of Antwerp) on Monday evening, local police said. No injuries were reported, but the front door was damaged.
The perpetrators – probably two in number – fled following the incident and have not yet been apprehended.
The motive remains to be determined. We therefore do not yet know whether these facts can be linked to the drug scene.
